We had another successful coffee morning and plant sale and the weather was on our side as people came from all over Renfrew to buy the beautiful variety of plants, have a coffee and a chat. We love these special days as we get to engage with the community and meet lots of new faces. A great time was had by all who came. A massive thank you to everyone involved in making this day happen and to everyone who attended, without you all it would not have been possible
What a week! Easter!
We welcomed people from all over Renfrewshire and surrounding churches to celebrate the saving Grace of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Thursday saw many coming for communion and an amazing night of worship.
Friday night we joined together to remember the crucifixion and praise our wonderful Saviour. After which, we had a lovely time of fellowship getting to know friends and making some new ones.
Sunday before the service, we gave rolls and sausage and later, we gave out hot cross buns.
If you missed out, don't worry, we are here every Sunday 11.15am and we always have tea, coffee and biscuits.
Please join us if you can. Don't worry if you have never been inside a church before, or haven't been for some time you will be warmly welcomed. We look forward to seeing you.
Easter Week Events
On Saturday 12 April we took daffodils, chocolate eggs and Easter Greeting to the businesses and shops in Renfrew as a thank you for their service to our community, along with an invitation to our Easter Week Services. We also engaged with people who were visiting the car show in Robertson park . Everyone who received the flowers and chocolate were delighted by this small gift.
